Cultural destination attributes, overall tourist satisfaction and tourist loyalty: First Timers versus Repeaters

This paper analyses the effects of cultural attributes tourist destinations on satisfaction levels visitors and impact this rating visitor loyalty. Additionally, a multiple-group analysis was conducted to compare responses first-time repeat visitors. For study, self-administered questionnaire used survey 411 international tourists who were visiting Istanbul, Turkey, through convenience sampling. The findings indicated that attractions at destination impacted overall visitors, specific determined loyalty return destination. relationship between attractions, significant factor for both groups.
